Zhongmaide high pressure pump is specially designed for corrosive fluids with high pressure and low viscosity, such as seawater, industrial circulating water, landfill leachate, urea aqueous solution, high salt & high organic wastewater, etc.
Zhongmaide high-pressure pump is a high-pressure pump designed based on the principle of axial plunger, which is light, small and compact. At the same time, it also adopts the design that the fluid itself lubricates the moving parts of the pump, so it does not need lubricating oil. All parts of the pump are designed with a long maintenance cycle, which requires very low maintenance of the pump while maintaining stable and efficient operation.
Zhongmaide high pressure pump is an axial piston positive displacement pump. In each operation cycle, the plunger delivers a fixed flow of liquid. The flow is proportional to the speed (RPM) of the input shaft. Unlike centrifugal pumps, high-pressure pumps provide a fixed flow at speed regardless of pressure changes.
Zhongmaide ZSP all series high pressure pumps adopt swashplate multi plunger structure, which has the following outstanding advantages:

All components of zhongmaide high pressure pump are made of highly corrosion-resistant materials, such as duplex steel (SAF 2205), duplex stainless steel (SAF 2507), carbon fiber reinforced polyether ether ketone (PEEK), etc.

The mechanical shaft seal is the sealing element of the pump. It adopts the overflow medium self-lubricating design without lubricating oil. Due to the ultra clean technology of the pump, the high-pressure pump will not produce pollution risk.

Zhongmaide can provide high-pressure piston pumps with a wide flow range of 0.15--100m3/h, and the flow range of one ZSP high-pressure pump covers the flow range of several centrifugal pumps

The design and all stainless steel structure can ensure long service life. Under the condition of meeting the technical parameters of zhongmaide, the maintenance cycle of the high-pressure pump can be as long as 10000 hours, and no maintenance is required on weekdays.

The axial piston design can make the efficiency of the high-pressure piston pump exceed 90%, while the total efficiency of the traditional three piston pump is less than 80%. Zhongmaide high-pressure pump is one of the similar pumps in the market, which can achieve low energy consumption.

The compact and light-weight design is adopted. The volume and weight of zhongmaide high-pressure piston pump is less than 1/4 of the traditional three piston pump. It is one of the very small and light Pumps in the market.
Without frame, belt drive and gear box, ZSP pump has a small installation space. It can be installed vertically and horizontally. It is directly driven by motor or internal combustion engine (with coupling).
The high-pressure pump adopts multi plunger structure (5, 7 and 9 plunger), and the output flow is more stable than that of the traditional three plunger pump. Since the pressure pulse is very low, a pulse damper is not required.
