Therefore, the filtration of inlet water is very important to the wear of the pump.

Assembly and shaft load: it is recommended to use elastic coupling to connect the motor and pump. The force on the pump shaft (axial force and radial force) will affect the normal operation of the pump.

Noise level: Generally speaking, the noise will be reduced when the speed is reduced. The use of flexible hose can reduce the vibration and noise of the pump. Since the pump (set) is usually installed on the bell housing or base, the noise level can only be determined by the whole unit.

Factors affecting noise level:

1. Pump speed: the lower the speed, the lower the noise;

2. Installation mode of pump: flexible installation, low noise;

3. Connecting pipeline: pump outlet hose connection, low noise.
